To Jess, Changing Lives Charity is a sanctuary for healing and finding peace. It’s a mission that hits close to home; Andrew House is where her husband began his own journey of recovery twenty-five years ago. Now working in that very same place, Jess values the opportunity to show others that they are seen and loved, with a good plan for their future. 

When she isn’t at work or worshipping at her church in Bristol, Jess loves to travel with her husband, their two sons, and their dog. They once spent a year travelling around South America in their van - a special time filled with wonderful memories, including a few hair-raising stories involving a monkey bite and a broken elbow! At home, she enjoys the simpler pleasures of crochet and a good cup of coffee.
