Addicted to Words is a collection of poetry and writing by the residents of Andrew House. Through the creative process, they tell their stories of a journey from despair to recovery. Compiled over a period of four months, these pieces share memories, reflections, hopes and dreams from a group of men who have experienced some of the worst the world has to offer. The writers share the labels that come with a broken life – alcoholic, offender, addict, depressed, down & out, psychotic, victim, hopeless - yet this book challenges you to look beyond that, to the person underneath and the road they have travelled.

RETURNS POLICY
Goods purchased from Changing Lives Charity will only be refunded if found faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
Electrical items can be returned for a refund within 30 days if found to be faulty. Proof of purchase will be required for any item that is returned.
If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, or the item does not fit, on the day of delivery or collection. Changing Lives Charity is under no legal obligation to provide a refund. Depending on the circumstances, it might be appropriate to offer a credit note for the value of the goods (delivery charges are non-refundable). This is always at the discretion of the Manager and is an act of goodwill.
